OK folks mess hall is open for brekkie.... got a selection going, full cooked, continental or for those who can't stomach solids early on in the day we have my friend Frank's specialty: the whore's breakfast - tea and a fag. (why is it called that really?!)

Mrs A - you running today? My brother informed me on Sunday night that he'd just run a half marathon in 1hr 32 mins - me pissed off, he shaved a full 5mins of my fastest. :stomper: Not a happy camper. I have though just found an ultra run - 50km - in 4 weeks time. Am i being really stupid in thinking about running that? (Yes) Prolly wont... but like to tease myself.

RC 1 32 sounds fast for a half:goodjob: How old is your brother? An ultra may be a run too far for you at this stage without the training as you could get injured. However, if you can run 26 miles!! maybe it would be OK.

Morning Tipps RC Anon Pingu and all to come. Nice morning here cold but fresh and sunny. Meeting my sister in town nearby this afternoon and going to some shopping in Aldi and euro store. Fed the animals and oldest cat is out for his morning prowl the other didn't stay out long and is back in playing with a plastic milk carton ring.
