Yesssssirrrr, Techie How's you this hot, humid day?

I just collected my mail todayand discovered there was an invitation to meet Nobu and a chance to get one of his signed cookbooks (not to mention, dine on his food) on Friday. The 8th :upset::upset::upset:

Hi blondie you gorgeous thing. I'm good. Just a long day. On the bright side it rained here and its damp & chilly. Such a welcome break from the usual cookie cutter days!

          Nobu? From Star Trek??

Speaking of Star Trek, William Shatner is in Perth today. And McGyver. Will the excitement never end?

Hey Reggie. Good to see you. Enjoy the water my friend.

Well, my three Grande Starbucks Italian blends are starting to wear off. So I'm going to get into the supine position. So today's news: I had Ellie encounter today...Well late afternoon. We went to see Life of Pi in Scottsdale. Her idea. I read the book. Hitting her with a Cream Pie did cross my mind. So it wasn't a total disaster. She does a funny thing with her lower lip when she eats popcorn. I found that a tad exciting. I just snuck a few quick peeks. Now I can't shake the image. Next time I'm with her I'm making popcorn. Weird huh? I told her over the Starbucks, post movie that we should pace ourselves a bit. I mean, she is OK, sweet really, but there's just something missing for me. Then I remembered the popcorn. We may see a movie tomorrow!

She still has NOTHING on the Frog. Just sayin' Nite ALL :h

                      Caught yer dinner yet Reg?!

Techie, what one earth does she do with her lip that is so exciting?! (her tongue I could perhaps understand, but...)

Pleasant, overcast day in the garden. Saw my mouse out there - he is tiny; too cute
Sprinkler day, so the day's excitement is not over for me yet:H

Linguistics, Masters of. A friend who is also studying, agrees that studying is not good for the older brain; it is just very frustrating trying to remember words and string coherent sentences together!

Yep. I would be delighted to.

Are you a binge assignment writer Jones? 2 x 14 hr days is not healthy.

I am a binge cleaner. Ok, it's only about once a year, so not much of a problem i hear youse say, but today i did some cleaning in small 5 minute bursts. Bloody marvellous.

Missy, are you here? Where is she staying?

I saw a fin today. Hope it was a poipose.

Have a maaagnificent evening all, and a safe sober week ahead to ya.

I think study is good for us but just a tad more challenging. I am in a class of 9 folk consisting of 18-24 year old males........and me.......:H

These blokes just get IT because it's hard wired into their brains. It's a new field for me. But it has to be said that they can't spell, and they can't organise themselves...interesting hey?
