And Angel to me because you are one!!

Still have your phone number Angel, and will ring it one day, but just still getting myself settled.

I have yet to win the war with the Australian Tax Office about getting a TFN, but I have now amassed lots of evidence about the deficiencies in their systems :-)

And I think I am now part of the furniture at my new job - I had two people in my office today in tears about the way they had been treated by their last supervisor. I had meant to go in as the hard-nosed new manager who was not going to put up with any shit, but I think I've sort of given up on that :H

Good stuff Missy. You have been sounding buoyant, buoyant i tells ya.

That is actually a pox dress Techie. hehe.

Gig was good fun as usual. There's always something different and unexpected waiting for me at a gig. Played a cool little grungy bar. The sort of set up that can go orf when choka's. Tonight though, we had 5. There was Nancy, Siobhan, Barry, Kev, and Bartholomew the bartender. The band were a bit noisy but.

Sweet dreams, and follow your bliss.

Morning. A bit upsetting here though. Some miscreant shot a neighbors horse during the wee hours. Some temulent fuck I'd love to punch out I'm sure. I saw Karen this morning (while getting my newspapers) who said she thought she heard a shot around 3am. I don't really know the horse owners well, but my heart bleeds for them. Poor creature. I'm sure it suffered. Just another layer of shit that really tests my sobriety. I know its life in its raw ugly form so I remain forever vigilant.

Well, no hiking, biking, swimming, or wild acts of debauchery for this guy today. I'm off to the Scottsdale boutiques to consult with experts on pink dresses :l

Oh I may have to pick out a little number for Missy as well.

Hi birdy...sounds like you'll be seeing lots of Roger. I hope you feel better soon.

Hey Meron hang in here. There are no rules requiring folks to have intimate knowledge of every post. Most of it is silly pokes from sillier folks. However there are some powerful learnings too. I'll admit clear succinct posting isn't my forte. Obvioulsy, this one is a clear illustration of that. So just be a lemming like me and enjoy. I do value your input and its so nice to make new friends in this little virtual world of ours. I've learned so much here and its why I'm sober today.

FYI, I do NOT own anything Armani Ms. Froglet :H

              Morning y'all,

Geez Techie re the horse. This kind of inhumanity can test our sobriety for sure. We can sometimes think....'why bother?', but there is SO much to bother about and to work for and to not accept. For me, i will not accept injustice, and i will not leave this planet knowing i didn't fight, or at least do something constructive and positive for humanity. I tells ya's, if i didn't have a word in that judges ear to go easy on Lilo, she'd be now doing hard time, hard time i say! (Now Lohers, i know you're reading this. Pull yer finger out love, and stop ripping yourself orf. I know you're better than that)

Missy, sounds like your staff are lucky to have you. I reckon you'd be a joy to work for/with. An all too rare blend of common sense, passion, strong work ethic, and compassion. Just take yer breaks mate and look after you. Don't forget....Smoko morning and arvo, and no eating lunch at yer desk!

Good to see you Meron. Drop in anytime mate. I never keep up with the thread here either.

Get well soon Bird! Crikey, singing cash registers........

Speaking of Cashy. How are ya mate?

29c and a pearler here today. Hope it's like this on me upcoming 4 day weekend. Half hourly updates on twitter.

              Ooroo.

How absolutely disgusting to shoot a beautiful innocent animal.
I'd be beside myself too Techie. I will never understand cruelty to animals and I don't want to.
I have to fly little ones.
Hi Meron. Just do what you can mate.

                See youz all tonight.

If someone would be cruel to an animal, they will be cruel to a human being. I can't "prove" that, but I believe it.
So how would that person feel if the horse had shot back?

Hey folks. Well two pieces GOOD news the horse is going to be ok and they have a description of the truck the shooter was in from a security cam. Well, the horse won't have to be put down per a flyer on my mailbox. So, I feel so much better. Such a f'up world we live in. So, because I have horses (well that one in particular on my noggin) I thought you'd enjoy this. I see these beautiful creatures when I hike the Verde River area. I'll post some pics of that spot next time I go. The wild horse are all over there...
