Well I am back. Fell off the wagon and was on my way back to the old ways. I thought I could back off the supps and naltrexone and in fact went a couple weeks without a drink. But, I talked myself into one glass of wine and then two and ...well I bet you know the drill. Anyway, got the vivitrol injection yesterday and am back on the supps. This is going to take a while to beat so here we go..............

Don't give up. Immerse yourself in posts, reread the MYO book, use the supps, and when you have an AF day, savor that wonderful feeling you will have when you wake up in the morning knowing that the little devil on your shoulder didn't win. You did! Good luck and welcome back.
