Another day down.......

Well just ran into a co-worker who saved my butt from being fired.......had a long chat with him......and it felt really great to ask for forgiveness. I am finding most people in my path of destruction are very forgiving and understanding.....I love this........I have now put this incident past me and now can continue to move on to the next hurdle of repair............

Wishing everyone a grateful day............because there are many , many, many things to be thankful for.........

Forgiving oneself is often the hardest, but we must, for it marks a humbling acceptance that we are simply human.

I am a veterinarian and clients sometimes come with problems with their pets that 'should' have received treatment days, weeks and sometimes months before. I give them the same care and respect that I extend to my very best, caring clients.

Whenever I feel my 'judgement button' being pushed I remember that each and every one of us is doing the best we presently can.

That also applies to us as addicts.

As the saying goes ' before you judge a man walk a mile in his shoes'
