The flu bugs that are going around just now kick serious arse. ( I’m still achey and ma heid feels like a pumpkin. I’m struggling on valiantly… Just about to throw myself in the shower and collect my room mate for a grocery run, then IOP later tonight.

Two more from rehab have relapsed, one of the girls was in the half way with my room mate and she got kicked out. Pretty awful all the relapses, but there is sweet FA anyone can do about it. They have to be willing and ready at the end of the day.

Gawd, I would love a massage… me back’s in bleedin agony…

Hiya Whizzy! Yeah, a purse is a handbag over here but I'm using it as we would in the UK and I mean the thing wot you keep yer dosh in... (they call it a wallet here...)

Jacks... It's very true about the ready bit, and the willingness. And I'm getting to the point that I don't want to even talk about someone's addiction if they're not wanting to do anything themselves.

Just watching the One show dead sad looking at Olivia Newton John she looks like she has had plastic surgery and looks a nightmare.
