I am here too. On the couch waiting for Wild Arabia it is set in Oman where the kids are.

Had a lovely day a run this morning and then out for lunch with a woman now friend whose baby I delivered 30 odd years ago. When I was in the cafe a few women whom I had also looked after just happened to be there it was so great to have been part of their "experience".

Just had a mars bar and fancy a cuppa now
