I have just upgraded and paid for a subscription but it does not seem to be acknowledged. I can't find any way to find help in this. Any advice?

No I did not serve. I was a lucky one.

I do play and enjoy music, yet unfortunately drinking and playing seem to go hand in hand and I've been trying to get a handle on it. Some success is better than none.

Another Subs problem here! I have not had access to subs for ages. Yet, they continue to charge me. I have sent several emails and no resolution. Any other ideas on what I can do? Dispute it with Paypal?
