    Army Thread, Wednesday 13th March

I have this nasty feeling my tummy issues may have been partly my own doing...

having been, ermmm, blocked up for days and starting to really hurt, I bought some stuff called dulcolax which was supposed to unblock me. Took them, and a few hours later..... oh the pain, then the squits

And then I read on the internet that people who have sensitive tummies which I do have also experienced this reaction

Never again, I'll stay blocked in future

Just been admiring my ink and wincing remembering how much it hurt !!!
I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....

Why don't you try Metamucil instead Pingu? It's psyllium husks. Fibre is much better for the innards than laxatives...

*waves* hiya Mama! I only have one credit card and usually I am very responsible with money... this spending is not my norm at all. I've called a halt to it after seeing my Visa balance last night. How's things in your neck of the woods?

spending loads when you pack in drinking is quite normal zen, I was mad for shopping.. it kind of took over

metamucil... what on earth. I eat fibre heavy breakfast cereal but it didn't stop me bunging up!!!

Now don't go MAD Pings ( feel I'm always preaching here )
            But .....
Cereals out of a pack are CRAP. Processed and will bung yer up.
Sprinkle summat with flaxseeds & you'll be grand.
You been trying to lose weight - so prolly not eating properly ?

Jazus - I know it all - but still a stone overweight - with so sign of it moving :upset:

I have no doubt it is partly my diet but I have ongoing tummy issues never quite bad enough to ruin my life... but the bunging up was hurting so much I really needed to help it out, but I've learned my lesson now. And ordered some fibre drink to help.

It's the weirdest thing: the eldest cub announces his scatological intentions to the entire household before he walks down the passage and closes the bathroom door behind him.
