I've just updated various bits and pieces on this prehistoric desktop in the hopes that it will fix my *issues*...

Does anyone use an electric pressure cooker? I have one that I never use and I'm thinking it's time to get into it and see what it's all about. I made corned beef and cabbage with limited success... the meat was undercooked and the veggies were overcooked. The consistency of the meat seems different too...

Jacks... this one seems safe enough... I think the electric ones generally are or you could sue the arse off them.

We have "resentment and anger" tonight... that should be interestink! Followed by "spirituality" tomorrow night to calm everyone back down... :H
