I just found out that a dear friend of mine passed away. He was actually the father of my best friend in highschool who owned an amazing winery in Northern California. He was a lovely man, well into his 80's and lived a long and happy life. It was with his daughter that I found out that I certainly loved wine. We would raid the wine cellar and go drink on the cliffs in our senior year. Kind of ironic now that alcohol (wine) is dead to me now, huh? Life is so funny. RIP Jim. You are in the arms of the angels.

But summat was wrong, the beef tasted coarse
