Well, it is approaching witching hour. This is the time of the week when I would really like to go home and lift a glass or 6. But I will not do it, no matter what. Two of my granddaughters are coming over for dinner and games tonight. I will be strong!

Evening all, congrats Pingu - two whole years!

Hope you have all had a good week, I've been so tied up at work its been a struggle to read let alone post, like being back at school it was, hopefully next week will be a bit easier. I honestly wouldn't have got through if I'd still been downing a couple of bottles a day though.

Rehab mate's doctor, scripts and groceries all done and a Costco run for moi put the finishing touches to an arvo of being out on the roads. I wish people would learn to feckin drive! Pure frustration! Everything is so far apart around here and the price of petrol is just pissing moi right off.

Got some pork chops marinading for the barbie and one of them handy microwave steamer fresh green beans and I am now officially parking my arse on the sofa. I bought a noice pair of lounging jammies at Walmart earlier so I'm suitably styling.

Ach yes, there IS that... I really shouldn't complain. We're at almost $4 a gallon for low grade petrol at the mo. Cost me almost $70 to fill my feckin car the other day... gah! But it's worse over there...
