yee haa... it took me 5 years to take my ipod shuffle (xmas pressy) out of its box and now theres no stopping me...... trouble is i get really excited and tell everyone about this magic music machine and I get strange looks that say,,,,, yeah we were doing that 10 years ago. ah well it takes time to join in the modern world

im also very into knitting at the moment (sounding like a granny) and have been carrying a sock around with me showing everyone how talented (ha ha) i am. Dont think ill be knitting the other one..... far too fiddly. done it now and dont need to do a repeat performance. perhaps i will frame it

zen, not sure that watching the classes quite works. ive watched loads of excercise classes on telly and ill be blowed if ive lost even 1 tinsy little pound or inch around me waist. might as well be watching cooking programmes hmmmmm

Ahh yeah but I omitted to mention that I watch the Zumba classes when I'm working out at the gym! ;o) Still and all, I feel awful happy to be using the weight machines instead of what they're up to...

well im cooking a big fat roast with loads of big fat roast spuds and im expanding by the second. the dogs are looking hopeful but not sure there will be much left over...... and later i will go and look at my treadmill/clothes airer. think i may be doing something wrong

I'm orf to throw some chicken breasts in the slow cooker, then grab a shower and trotski off out with Cheryl. She took me to a second hand store called Platos Locker yesterday and I got a really nice top and pair of shoes for $15. Going to wear same!
