        Hi Caper just be careful and check the AL content as far as i know all "non Alcoholic beers" have a small amount in them, it was a good description of his alcoholism by the way :H

          AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
          As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

              non-alcoholic beer has .05% alcohol in it and your body (brain) does not no the difference. So non-alcoholic-beer will trigger the obsession and cravings u may not want to risk it
