Sheeps tongues boiled with allspice, cloves & bay leaves. Now transferred to cast iron pot with herbs and garlic to slow roast in the oven until tender.

maybe you'd like to try bulls balls, apparently they are a delicacy in that jungle programme...

Got sent home early from work with flu symptoms, had to go lay down a while but still feeling like crap. Serves me right for bumming and blowing about my week off( Some start to my break eh...

No Mrs A- but i'll be grand, all stocked-up on essentials and just taking it easy Gives a weather warning for heavy snow here tonight so looks like could be housebound for a day or so. Suppose it is good that i dont have to worry bout work.

RC- funerals are strange times to get family and friends together, for sure.

Good news - going for a massage now with my Reiki lady - ommmmmmmmmm!!!
Then home for whatever scraps Mr S may have left me to eat.
