can anyone pick me up from Dublin airport or the hotel.. or do I need to find my way into the city.. I;m a big girl but dealing in foreign money scares me a bit LOL

Just a quickie this end as I'm busy doing an impersonation of a blue arsed fly again today. Can't believe it's feckin Friday already. I'm going to have time to meself tomorrow but peeps aren't usually around at the weekend...

Zenners - ya blue arsed fly. Mine's a pink hairy arsed fly. :H

OK... so who the fricking bejezus turned off the thermostat and invited mr ice and all his freezin chums, jack frost, the white witch and cruella d'evil in for a party over the UK?!

This weather better be gone pronto. Not a happy bunny is the bunny and not a happy arsey is me... if the cold stays this wont be a pink arse, it will be a blue one. Like zenny's.

Molls - am staying (if i remember the name right) at the Maples hotel. It's half way between the airport and centre of Dublin. Get in about 9.30am, so not doing the Malahide run with mrsa (shame!). I'll head to me hotel and then look to meet youse after.

I'm good thanks mrsa. How's you? Kinda glad that i have early bird syndome cos i got that run in at silly o'clock this morn before it got even windier... don;t like the wind much.

Molls - I had 2, yes TWO pairs of socks on in bed last night, plus 2, yes TWO, tops, plus 2, yes TWO, duvet covers. It was so fecking cold that Ranulph Feinnes sent me a text saying how in awe of me he was at my ability to endure such extreme coldness :H

And I still have all me fingers

There's a wee shuttle bus to the hotel. Takes about 20 mins if I remember correctly.

I did 22 in the snow today. I think drink has addled my brain. No wonder I eat my weight in food!

Evening

Had a very quick read back. Chances of me being ready to go anywhere by 7am are somewhere between zero and none I'm afraid. Won't get to the hotel until 10pm and then I'll need to get something to eat. Would still like to see whizzy run though (so long as it's not still perishing cold). Is public transport an option?
