Oh and I wanted to add to Molls reply it's OK to rest you know. Have a weekend off. Nice coffee, nice biscuits, nice comfi settee, take out. Lappy on knee, feet up and do nowt.

I go to the gym - yeah - but that's it - sit for 8 hours - drive everywhere - hence the unworn boots :H:H

Tosco could provide just about enough to get through the weekend thank goodness but no fine dining here - options very limited on the meal front though a fine selection of chocolate was available :H

I'm just considering getting back into bed, the dog is worn out from his play in the snow and there's very little I need to do, hmmm, decisions, decisions

Good Morning Army Don't have time to read back, so hope everyone is well! I am much better today, having talked to the eldest. She seems much better, so the stress level has gone down for me. Today is my middle daughter's 14th birthday party - taking them bowling, then 8 14-year old girls are sleeping over in the basement. I know, WhAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING! It will be fun for her though. Making a ton of food. Man, can those girls eat! Off to the market and straightening up the house. Years ago I woudl be so stressed about parties. As long as the floors and bathrooms are clean these days, I am pretty good...! Have a bit of a cold, but I am ignoring it. I don't have time to be sick. I will probably be off for the rest of the day, but hope all of you have a wonderful Saturday.

PS - had another dream last night - but this time, I was talking to my bosses and telling them how I stopped drinking and why, and how great I felt. It was a great dream

Very noisy in the neighbourhood today. The cubs' school is hosting one of the stages in this race: Absa Cape Epic | The Untamed African MTB Race

The eldest has been earning pocket money pitching tents and carrying matresses on the sports fields. There are helicopters and quite big crowds. I'm listening to the anouncer on the patio. If it hadn't been for him and the music, I'd prolly still be sleeping :H
