Hi gang back from Massage & grub ,,,,,,,, yummy -
Fresh pan fried haddock in Wright's Angler's Rest. Lovely place I have to say. Not posh or anything just a pub they made very nice and cosy - open fires - turf - candles !!!

I was reading Tipp’s start to the thread and thinking “this would make a good beginning of a novel” and Reccy comes along and says he should be a writer! )

As for your bad weather over there in UKers… feckin all over the place over here too but in the opposite direction. Scorching hot summer day that came from nowhere and caught me dressed in feckin black from head to toe. I was BAKED.

On the body ache… mine has started with that shit too Satz. ( Not my hands but my bloody feet… I’m a total gimp getting out of bed and ouching it to the bog on me footsies. ( I reckon it’s nothing sinister unfortunately… it’s just bloody old age starting to rear it’s ugly cranium. (

Well, we went to get Cheryl's tyres changed and all the associated happy horseshit of balancing etc... turned into a three hour ordeal. So I get in my car and darned if the thing hasn't suddenly developed a shudder so it's off to the shop with it tomorrow morning. Sheer frustration in baking hot heat, dressed for cold weather! Cars are for guys to deal with... it is now official.

We have a Keith what does car stuff. He's serviced, repaired, MOTed and all sorts for donkey's years for our cars. Independent mechanic who doesn't charge an arm, leg and left kidney for the work.

And lucky us his eldest son's taking over his business when he retires.

Oh Gawd I would love to have a good mechanic! Did I tell you about the kitten that got stuck in yer wan indoor's Jeep? He was driving around hearing miaowing thinking he was losing the plot and then it dawned on him it was coming from the chassis of the car. He rushed to a place closeby and had them put it on the lift and the owner/mechanic birthed a wee baby boy kitten from the chassis that he took home and called Jeepster. Till he took it to the vet and it's now called Harley on account of the fact that it's a goirl! And she now has a brother called Davidson... )

They've found,an app called tom the talking cat and are recording rude words.into it. I'm laughing too much to tell them off...
