Better start off with good evenings, general wavings and yoooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooos.

First I have to start with a bit of a :yay: and a for our Zennifer.

Oh and there's a good few places like my place around the UK and thankfully most are free. Some are self referral and some are doctor's referral. With it being the NHS there'll a waiting list though but not that long.

Blimey molly, you're not having much luck with that infection. Hope you can get it sorted soon. Hope things are ok at work too. I remember going in to work one morning knowing heads were going to roll that day and being worried to death. I still had a mortgage to pay back then.

Had a rough day yesterday, I changed up my excercise routine the night before and had severe arthritis pain yesterday, it hurt to sit, stand, move. Finally couldn't stand it any more, went home and took major painkillers and slept the afternoon away. Felt much better for it.
So this AM I'm at the office, I come in at 6:45 every day; and now they have reset the lights so we are in the dark until 7:30 AM. Just sent an email to my manager (like that will help), and put a very uncensored version in the Swear thread here.
Best to all for this day. I am having the graddaughters for dinner and games tonight, LEKKERS!

Sorry about the arthritis boggy. I'm absolutely in awe of you for getting in to the office at 6:45 every day...I used to get in at 11:30.

Thanks for the congrats guys. What a weird thing to graduate from, eh?! lol...

Today is my 3 month ani from when I went into the Pen. It's totally hush-hush though, I don't want a hoo-haa... don't want to be jinxed!

I'm taking my rehab roomie out for dinner tonight... she leaves to go home on Friday. She's going to do an IOP course back home. Jacks... if the type of centre you're at is available on the NHS, do you think it would be of any use to some of the crew on the thread?
