Hi everyone!

Thanks so much for the encouragement! I actually just got back from a job interview which went well, but I'm not sure I'm a great fit for the job so who knows...

I was thinking I could really go for a drink (celebrate the possibility of a job? relax? reward for a good interview? does it matter?), but rereading my post from this morning and reading all your encouragement has convinced be to go to the gym instead. Just don't want to ruin/belittle the happy feeling I had this morning!

I'm on day 9 and am beginning to realise how much hard work it was being NAF (Non Alcohol Free - I'm not sure about the label alcoholic!!). The furtiveness of it all, the guilt and the hell of the hangover the next day.

It's hard at times being AF but you do get the bonus of feeling great and there is no guilt or shame. My big problem with the recycling bin is that fizzy mineral water bottles are twice the size of wine bottles so my bin is bulging with plastic. Funny how things change.
