Yes indeedy doody. 70 days AF today 7th. oct.

The feelings good, very good in fact. Had a great gig on sunday which always doubles as a social event. Some chicks, my band played well, and good vibe all round. I was stuck in the pub for 6 bloody hours as i wanted to stick around for the other acts. A long night, but it was cruisey and i enjoyed myself.

Barby is fired up. Plenty to go round. How was your holiday?

Yep, a few 60, 90 day runs in the last 2 years, so i've been here quite a bit recently. I am noticably far more settled this time though, and looking good for 100 and beyond, my next goal. In the maintenance phase now, and going well. Still, i am vigilant and not getting too cocky, and keeping my head screwed on straight.

Oh, i thought you were going away for some reason. Have a fab week my friend.

I try to err towards an attitude of gratitude whenever i can, as there really is a lot to be grateful for, and i only see it when i get and live sober. I hope all's well with you friend.

Well now - the century is within grasp - almost there G - 3/4's of the way!!
Did my run training today and I am amazed as to my progress in a few weeks - started running for 90 second periods (90 run/90 walk etc) - up to 8 mins today and so much better - my coach did not even nag about my form!
Keep it up G, and hopefully not to long at the grind today??

A beautiful day in Aus land and i managed to go for a walk. now up to 7.30 mins a kilometre so that is a huge achievement from when i started and it took me 10.45 minutes to walk a kilometre. I am now thinking SL that i may need to start jogging so will take up your way of that one. Now need to put the "jugs" in a good over the shoulder boulder holder.
