Glad to see everyone doing so well. We gotta finish that sauna. It's good to sweat!
I'm day 96. Ninety freakin six!
Very productive, tons of energy.
Speaking of vacations, I am taking a week off soon. Have not had time off since my brother passed which was June 13th last year. Coming up on the anniversary.
Today is the one year anniversary of my girlfriends 19 year old son's death. Overdosed in his bed.
These are serious times. It feels good to be sober and among friends fighting this battle.
We are an army, and we will stomp alcohol like a bug!!

Sorry to hear of your girlfriends sons passing. I have been close to far too many overdoses in my time. Many of us have. These are serious times indeed. It sometimes feels all too easy for me to take the road to oblivion, but we need strong people in our communities. People who have survived addiction, abuse, and hard times. I know it's my duty and even responsibility to lead by example in my world as best I can, to show others who are battling, that life after addiction or anything else can be great.

Congratulations on 96 freakin' days friend! Bravo!

Morning all! Soooo cooooolllldddd here. 44 deg F on Memorial Day weekend is just crap!

Gman it sounds like you need to re-spec the sauna and increase the size! We all want to use it! Can I request solar panels on the roof and geothermal heat? And does anyone mind if I have a couple of goats? I've always wanted goats.

Yep, i'm big on solar. Bring on the goats, and the horses!

Sauna has been re-spec'd and will be ready mid next week. Keep warm. Perhaps a run?

I have krav in a couple of hours, so that'll warm me up. Then home to shower and dig in the garden. Lots of flowers to plant in rocky soil so I'm sure that'll keep me warm into the afternoon!
