    The house that G built.

    Helllooooo!
G-man, at least you are getting the casual stuff taken care of, a nurse would worry if you didn't.
Missed everyone, been a crazy couple of weeks but doing good! Starting boot camp soon with my step-daughter and I fear it will kill me! Lol
Relaxing today with my little boy and playing outside. It's a beautiful day here.
Anniversary of my brother's death next week. I can't believe it's almost a year. I am feeling a tremendous amount of unpredictable emotion. Working through it but it's hard.
    Day 1 again 11/5/19
    Goal 1: 7 days :heartbeat:
    Goal 2: 14 days :happy2:
    Goal 3: 21 days :happy2:
11/27/19: messed up but back on track
12/14/19: bad doozy but back on track

    One day at a time.

Gosh...it's been a year already...I remember when you were going through that difficult time. I hope that it's not TOO bad (of course it will be bad, just hopefully not TOO). I'll be thinking of you and sending good thoughts your way!
:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:

I always said I'd consider getting remarried when I turned 40...and here I am 40 and don't really feel any need for it. LOL

Enjoy the Vitamin Sea...I need to get out to the beach one of these days..it's only 10 miles away!

Hey, you're a cool woman and a great person. And HOT! Hot I tell's ya. What a catch I say!

You just never know where life will lead you....when I left my first hubs, I moved into an apartment and I cried solid for days (and I was the one that left him!). I was taking the trash out one night, and I met my neighbor and we got to talking, his wife of 17 years had recently left him, too. We were both rather lost at that time, that was April 10, 1986. We have been together ever since. If I had stayed in that not so great marriage, I'd have never met this man. Hang in there, it is worth seeing what's around the next corner!!
          That's a beautiful story Byrdy. :h

Thanks G-Man! I guess I need to hang around the trash cans like Byrdie does...maybe I will meet my prince charming there? (Of course he'll probably be digging through them looking for cans, but that's not really the point is it?)

I love trash. Hey, i'm a musican. I've woken up in the gutter or a back alley surrounded by trash for years. I'm right at home. But i'll go one further than hanging around trash cans. If you ever travel to Oz, i'll take you to the 'Tip'. The Tip is what we call the big city garbage dumps, where residents can offload trailer's of rubbish, such as damaged furniture, steel and metal stuff etc. I love the atmosphere, what with the big bulldozers, trucks, and big machinery all around!

Is it a date? You never know who you'll meet. I'm a classy bloke, I know.

You betcha it's a date!!! What more could a girl ask for on a date than noise and stink? Sounds great! And yes you are pretty classy...not sure what outfit I'd wear for this date, I wouldn't want to embarrass you or anything!

Yoga pants or similar will be fine, but no rips in the ass area like those other pants ok? People will talk.

K9 don't listen to Mr G for fashion advice. The tricky question of what to wear to the tip is something only another woman can help you with.

It's a subtle line, but yoga pants are probably just a bit too dressy, unless they're very old and baggy, or you're very large and they're very small. Ideally, in summer, you need a blue singlet, Stubbies (shorts - maybe Mr G can loan you a pair if you can't get them in California) and thongs (NO, not that sort!!! the type you wear on your feet [also known as flip flops] - although if you have one of the other sort visible over the top of your shorts you do get bonus points). In winter it's a flannellete shirt, trackie daks and ugg boots. Transitional dressing is always tricky but any combination of the above should do the trick.

Feel free to ask for advice if you need any clarification, I'd hate you to inadvertently spoil the romance by wearing the wrong thing on such a classy date.

Ha! Siren and G,you have hit on one of my great loves........the ozzie tip!!! I just love to go to the tip and pick through the junk. My son in law and I have had many a good time at our local (tip). I recently needed a shower fitting and picked one up for $ 3.00. They cost at least $30 from a Hardware Store. Swing sets, bikes, even casserol dishes are all good pickings. Well kind of, my wife was horrified at the dishes! Yeah G, good to meet someone else with so much class. ha ha. Siren, its a must do thing in Australia. My Son in law and I have even thought of running twilight tip tours with cheese and wine (not me) as an added incentive! My other great love is Garage Sales. Catch you tomorrow.:wow:

:H:H It's got legs! That's a seriously good idea. I'll see if I can post a link to a video clip and project in Paraguay called 'Landfill harmonic'.

How are you going today Hadit?

Working this weekend, but i'm always the richer for it.

Good to see you GHE and Kradle. What are youse fashionista's wearing this weekend? Tracky daks and ug boots? Or will you be frocking up? Today I will be in my standard jeans and boots.

                              Day 27. Bring it on!
