    Hi Sweetpea,

Yes, I am a positive fella by nature, but there is also the other self destructive dark side that I can actually enjoy and be drawn to. So I have to be careful I've found, and not allow myself to 'disappear', because a part of me would do gladly. I suppose this is not uncommon for many of us.

Raining? Where's summer in Eire? I was on your west coast playing music one time for about 5 weeks in your summer and the weather was perfect! 28c and sunny most days, but folks told us the rest of the time it pisses down, but either way, the people and the memories are grand.

The best of the best of good mornings to everyone,

It's Friday, the day off, and not back at work till Tuesday.

Plenty to be done. Rainy cloudy weather all weekend forecast, but it won't be cloudy or rainy in me little heart.

Have a good one. Think positive and do your best.

      Day 33. Bring it on.

        Good morning Mr. G!,

A couple of days off and no work duties until Tuesday has to be freeing and I hope you pack it with soul replenishing stuff.

My take on rain is completely different now that I've decided to grow an edible landscape, rain is my new sunshine! I love it because we need it and it doesn't rain nearly enough these days.

        Hope everyone is doing well!

Right now I'm testing out a few things in my back yard for further development on some acreage out in the middle of nowhere. A few different varieties of cherries, blueberries, honeyberries, passion fruit and hardy kiwi. This if the first year for most of the plants, I'm learning so much Mr. G. Have a great mini vacation!

That sounds great AW. So you're talking tree's then? Kiwi fruit is a beeewdy. I love them. Rich in vit.c and other good stuff I hear. Where are the olives and avocadoes?! And chilli?

                  Hi Little beagle,

                  Happy weekend to you too!

I see the occasional beagle at the beach on my runs! It's winter here, so only a few locals on the beach walking their dogs, and crazy joggers. This morning being a Saturday, I bumped into quite a few dogs who were very excited being near the sea. Some cheekier than others, running after me! Cool.

How are you doing there Siren?

Wishing everyone a safe, sober, and magical weekend.

                  Yo fruity!

You sound good, Mr.G. All this talk about running is making me think I should get my middle-aged bones off the indoor treadmill (where I walk, not run) and once, again, start getting the endorphins moving. Stopped running 25 years ago, after my one and only marathon. But, maybe......

                      Hi Gman and all housemates!

I have a torn meniscus in my right knee (at least that's the first guess), so no running for me for a while. I'm on ice, rest, and NSAIDs until after my vacation. I'm allowed to cycle, walk, swim, etc, so I'll do that as weather allows.

Work has been really busy, which is a good thing. The project I have been leading since Jan is finally starting to take off since our re-organization. Someone else is leading it now, which is fine with me as I'm still involved and leading a part of it in line with my new position. I mention it only because I'm not able to check in here as much as I was previously. But I still lurk and check up on all my peeps to make sure you're doing well.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Well it's all right now. I've learned my lesson well. You see you can't please everyone, so you've got to please yourself.

                        Hey Free at last.

Yep, i'm pretty good here. I'm still know that for me my only way out is through, ploughing forward in workman like fashion, but I am grateful and adopt this attitude. The light is just up ahead. The weather must be good enough there to get out for a walk/jog non? Unless you'd be out amongst heavy traffic fumes. I see so much on my little runs. Hope your weekend is going great.

Hi Siren! Good to see you. Had wondered where you were.

Now, what's this.....'as weather allows' thing. Get out there woman! Rain, hail or shine!

Congratulations on your work project. Best wishes with it all. Take care.

I know, I know! I have this weird thing about rain and being wet. I'm not a huge fan. Plus I'm not 100% steady on my road bike, so I avoid all bad weather.

How are you, Gman? How's work? Tell me about your album preparations.

Work, well. I love the work, but my leadership group/manager's work practices are still stoopid. haha. But i'm sticking it out. I have good workmates, so this is a big help. Things have settled though, so i'm cruisey.

Album prep is coming along. Will keep you posted. Thanks for asking.

I am good all round though, can't complain. Off for a run and a dip soon. I just rug up and wear a cap and waterproof jacket in the rain. It's cool cause no-one else is on the street or beach in that weather.

How are you amidst everything happening in your world?

I honestly don't know. My husband is obviously moving on and I think I'm really OK with that. Maybe I'm getting ready to do the same. I can see a time in the not-so-distant future when there is someone else in my life who can make me happy. Because I want to be happy again.

Work is great and I'm really excited about my project (I guess that is pretty obvious!).

I need more friends to go do things with.
