I sure did LB. Yesterday (friday) was beautiful. Sunny and 14c, so cool, but warm in the sun. After my run, i dove into the water. Great once you're in! Then a slow relaxing wander back along beach towards home, barefoot on the sand, hardly a soul around.

Lucky i have female best friends too! Niner, what's the ETA on your foot healing and you being able to walk? Are you doing any exercise at all? Upper body stuff? Wheelchair basketball, shooting hoops would give you an aerobic workout, non? Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hang in there.

Just had my friend leave after THE best pizza ...do you guys get the pizza base brand "Dr Oetker" at all.... awesome if you like thin crispy bases. I piled it with rocket (arugula) prawns (shrimp) onion (onion) &fresh tomato (tom-may-toe) & feta (fett-ta)!!!
It was seriously good.
Sprinkling with rain here, dogs looking pleadingly at me to be fed...as if i would forget.
As the arvo draws on, i will scan the idiot box (tv) for some shit to watch.

There is a lot i need to say, as writing it down may well be cathartic. However,to do that reverses many yrs of shutting the fuck up, if you get my drift.
I do care to share, but to do so opens up multiple cans of worms for which everyone might get hydatids, so i will bide my time. Its confronting enough for me, let alone everyone else who has settled into your mansion g bloke.

Morning house mates.
Getting up whilst its still dark is just so NOT fun. I like dawn but pre dawn feels inhuman.
Final 4 days of work this week, thankfully.
But going back to the farm does give me a sense of...well, that things will go back to how they were last year. G bloke, i dont want to feel that unsafe again, to reach that point where my actions got pretty serious.
I wish i could unload to someone.

But time is a tickin so i best get myself moving.
