              Well, to start with, i am in fairly excellent shape mentally, which is the main game for me. I exercise most days, and eat spinach regularly so the physical takes care of itself. I'm off to a gig tonight to watch a few folks perform. There will be chicks, so i'm taking along a small sachet of spinach in my pocket, just for that irresistible green glow when introducing myself.

              How are things in Niner world?

                Pretty boring compared to your world G!

                The spinach sachet is a great idea! All I do is work, work, work, then go home and get oozy on the couch and watch Netflix. Not too exciting huh? Maybe I should get out more, and bring some spinach along, you think the fellas would go for it?

                  Just flying through MWO for the first time in a while. Whoa . . . Life!!! It's full on, huh?

                  But seeing Tommy Emmanuel's name sure brings a smile to my face, Guitarista. I live in the middle of the middle of the U.S. There's a BIG music festival every September an hour or so from here. People take their campers, tents, RVs, etc., 2 WEEKS before the week long event for the "land rush," so they can camp in their favorite places and sit around campfires playing music together until the "musicians" arrive for the festival. Bela Fleck used to be there every year - maybe some other names you would know, as well.

                  One afternoon I was walking by Stage 4 - definitely NOT Stage 1 or 2 - and heard music I liked enough to stop and watch. It took me a while to fully realize that there was just one man with a guitar up there on the stage. And that was my introduction to Tommy Emmanuel.

                        Any new recipes or baking techniques you've come up with?

                        Just back from a great night out. Fab gig and good vibe all night. Made some new friends, and strengthened old friendships. Off to bed for me.

                            I like to think my standards have gone up quit a bit with the removal of alcohol. You would still qualify, despite my new pickiness! Because you're awesome! :h

                              Day freakin 50!

                              Thank you Mam.

                              Green is good. Green veg/most veggies. I'm trying to increase my daily veg intake cause i know veggies are good for me. A bit less meat and more fish and veg for me. I always have a glass or 2 of veg juice most days. Remaining positive and emotionally as balanced as i can be in this, my latest early stint in sobriety is very important i've found. So daily gratitude list, exercise/getting out the door, and hanging with my fave people is my daily plan. I keep as positive as i can each day with favourite activities and allow my body/brain to re-set itself to natural.

                              Is it all about me? Yes. It has to be at this stage. hehe.

                              I hope everyone is as well as can be. Just do your best friend.

                                Congratulations on 50 days of living the good life, Mr. G! Your positive attitude while getting the job done is one we all should emulate.
