Its all about pushing with grit and determination.

I am having al thoughts but i think it is due to holidays coming up and stress and no money and blah blah blah but i know i will have less money if i drink and feel guilty as hell so not going there. Those tiny nagging voices will go away. thailand here i come sober!

Sober Thailand, You betcha! A close friend of mine had a drinking/pills/hash problem for many years, but has recently stopped all that the last year or so. She goes to Bali for a couple of weeks about twice a year with pisshead girlfriends and family. She stays straight and loves the holiday even more. She says being sober on holiday in Bali (or anywhere) is extra relaxing because of her sobriety. She always has a ball and comes back recharged not tired and full of regret. Keep up the great work Ava. You're a bloody star.

Yo Niner. Yep, making music everyday, and will be recording a new song or 2 today (sat morning here now) which i wrote yesterday, that is if i still like 'em today. I need to stock up on spinach, but no plans on sharing any this weekend.

Yes Mr G i have no intention of drinking and going with my mother though she is enough to make anyone drink sometimes. I remember the hangovers from thailand before and not pretty as it is so humid.

Yay G-Man! I had a boring weekend, and I loved it. No spinach or cornbread for me. But I DID eat some fast food and now I feel a wee bit bloated. Ugh. But hey, I quit smoking AGAIN yesterday, so it wasn't a complete failure of a weekend!
