    I'm eating greens more regularly. Spinach is in da house! I'm running everyday, though today is a rest day which means to the beach for a swim and some stretching, then to work making music. A more conscious intake of veggies here. I know for me sometimes it's good not to do tooooo much, but i also know for me that getting myself out the door and mixing it up with the human race is good for me too. Running/exercise is crucial for me. Good thing i like it!

    Congratulations on quitting smoking. I stopped geez, almost 20 yrs ago now. It took me a few efforts, but in the end i nailed it mainly because i'd really had enough. It's a little tricky, but you will do it. Have a beautiful week, and just do your best friend. :h

      Turning 50 this year and boring, in my opinion, is the new super cool! Quit smoking 18 years ago and by far one of the best decisions ever. Hard like all the decisions are at first but very much worthwhile.

      Continuing to play and be on the musical path Mr G, hope things are going super well!
      2023 - focus, getting it done, and living the way it should be and being the person I need to be.

                        Glad you are no longer tasty G - we respect sharks too - the local aquarium (Monterey Bay Aquarium) rescues sharks, rehabs them and releases them back - they have had a couple GWS's - it was so cool to see them close (behind glass:H)
