        Yo Glassy. Thanks. I'm going along for an info session tomorrow noight which doubles as a c, c, co, com, commitment indicator so we'll see how it goes. Early mail indicates i'll likely be on the bench for the may 12 program as they're probably full, but we'll see. They said they can hook me up with a grog/drugs counsellor weekly for the interim, which may or may not be useful. Another open option is a thursday night support group they also run, which i'm welcome to attend.

        First step, is turning up tomorrow night for info session.

          Well Mr G it all sounds promising which is good. Be positive G.

          My son when he came home with his ice addiction went to weekly counselling (very apprehensive of course) and he loved it eventually. Was of the opinion the counsellor would know nothing and he would tell him a thing or two. Well funny but the counsellor did know what he was talking about and has helped liam a lot especially with underlying issues of why he takes drugs!

          Everything is worth a try, it may not be for you but at least you have tried.

            Thanks Ava. I'm glad to hear that was a positive experience for your son.

            I know there are some good counsellors out there. My attitude at the moment is open. I will try anything, and i will go along with every suggestion openly and honestly, such is my desire to turn my thinking around and reclaim my life.

              He's still a lazy arse shit ha ha but hes been clean a year. I remember when we first went and he said to me that i should be going too and im like "mind your own business, your addiction is worse than mine". Now i realise he was so right and he is proud of me today being 5 months af.

              A good counsellor is a must, way too many bad ones out there which i have run into over the years.

              I am so glad and proud of you Mr G.
