I had a spectacular day!
My massage therapist was kind enough to ask me what brought me today. I told her it's nearing the anniversary of my brother's death and she so kindly dedicated the massage to him. She was so emotionally in tune with me that she knew when I was crying and encouraged me to do so. She told me that taking care of myself and being healthy is honoring him. It was beautiful.
And of course, now my hair looks hot, my nails and toes are luscious, and I am relaxed!
I wish I could do this every month!! Lol

Bring 'em all Cozza! All welcome. There is a looooong stretch of beach as far as the eye can see at the front of the house, so plenty of room. I don't drink milk myself these days, but love cheese.

Hi all!

Relaxing weekend here - weather was lovely. I checked out that cross fit gym and not quite sure I'm going to join. It seems a bit hard to be the new guy, because some of the exercises need a spotter. I'm going to ask the trainer about it Tuesday when I go back.

Looks like I'll have some more company in the kitchen in the house of G. Maybe I'll get to ride a horse on the beach!?!

Sorry you had to work all weekend, Gman. Did you get any R&R?

OMG! For this particular WOD (workout of the Day) the normal workout lasted for 10 minutes. As it was an intro class, the other new guy and I only went 8 minutes. I am going to be SO sore tomorrow! 15 air squats, 10 pushups, 5 (modified) pull-ups done in perfect form, as quickly as possible. Repeat for the time period.

The good news is that I lapped the other guy twice during the workout. I probably did 7 reps to his 5. I'm living proof that it's possible to be both fit and fat. I'm hoping cross fit changes the fat part.

I'm glad you have some down time tomorrow, G. I'd love to get some advice from Martye. I hope he checks in.

That's a good solid all round workout. Would get your heart rate up too, so aerobic conditioning as well.

All this activity Makes Me Tired. It Is strange how This tablet seems to Pick Random words TO HAVE CAPITALS ASSOCIATED. Oops that Was Me On Caps Lock Fuck sun I'm having a nice day today have written all my horses and I'm doing language typing which is strange which is strange stop it's like in morse code but stranger well after sustanon out today hI.

Ok heres hoping a more normal post can transpire.
