It certainly is a beautiful day in Melbourne today. I am procrastinating about going for a walk but ME time is a necessity atm.

Hey Pavi, i'm just fooling around when i mention twitter. I have an account there, but not really for music. I'm delighted you'd like to have a listen to my music. I'll see what i can work out. Thanks.

An absolute pearler of a day here! Blue skys, sun and sea, and a relaxing, invigorating long easy run out there amongst the mud, the guts and the glory!

Ava is good, she has done the washing, cleaned an ensuite (all i could be bothered doing ha ha). Bought a silverside to cook for dinner, spent time with my boys and is waiting for it to cool down to go for a walk. The sun and my skin do not like each other at all and since i have to go and see a skin specialist in January, i dont want him to find more skin cancers!

A very very relaxing day.

I hope you bought new shoes Mr G, those old ones surely do no favs for your feet.

Oh i even dug out an exercise dvd for my exercise ball as i am keen and it goes for 3 mins. Lol, just about the length of time i want to exercise. Youtube it is i reckon.

Still running in the old shoes. The soles are fine so support is good, it's just the top that is tearing apart. lol. I run lots in bare feet on sand anyway, so i'm not too worried.

Tye had a hangover today and so did my sil, gratefully i am not feeling their pain in any way. I forget how i used to wake up but i do know that it was never nicely and i was never a nice person till i had my drink again at 5pm. Thank god those days are long gone.

Yep, i am happy those days are gone. Boozing even for one day or night really stuffs me up for a couple of days. I am never at my best those next few days and i know it. What a blinkered narrow mindset i was in.

Yep Mr G i totally agree, now i realise it was all about me and me and me. Oh i never had a day off my bottle to two bottles a night. god forbid i would get over a hangover. I would have had to have been really hungover to not drink for one day. I still laugh at how i was going to give up drinking for 5 weeks to have a blood test. Could not manage a bloody day. I dont miss my alky logic at all.

Oh Monday, i wont be wiping the smile off my face all day but nothing special as i will be working. Special is tomorrow when the children will come over to be with me and celebrate. They believed in me but they also didnt think i could do it, mind you neither did i. I still think it is someone else. Now we all believe in miracles!

In a way I think the fact they don't think we'll do it spurs us on - I know I get a great kick still out of proving them wrong & doing something most of them wish they could do.
Some verbalise that fact others don't ....
