      Morning Undies...I have the sugar hangover from hell...yesterday was a not so wonderful day and I went a bit nuts - no, I did not drink but I fell of the IQS wagon so bloody hard...not helped by one of the locusts being in a baking mood, I scoffed 3 brownies - the oozy Nigella good ones - 1 huge slice of vanialla cake - another bloody Nigella recipe, damn her and half a box of Maltesers...wtf is that? Imagine what it'd translate to on another binge

      So...started today trying to change my thinking, doubled my yoga and went for a massive walk, protein for breakfast, normal stuff. Head on straight.

        I have a bad sugar addiction myself I know, and since I've given up drinking it's been given pretty free reign.
        I can relate to that kind of binge.

            I managed to send the rain away .... Did you get it techie?

            The weather is glorious, the sun is shining, the flowers blooming (those that didn't get washed away by the rain), even the birds are chirping in our little suburban street.

            I am feeling much better and happier today .... Thank you everyone for your help and support I'm going to get on top of a bit of cleaning up, hanging up the washing etc and then get out with the little blossom to enjoy the sunshine and the last week of school holidays at one or a couple of great parks near us.

                      I love travel (well I guess that is obvious:H) ... Though I haven't been anywhere since Australia and Japan for a while.

                      Where are you thinking/planning/dreaming about travelling to?

                        The plan was Thailand but its been changed due to the Lamps issues with flying in planes - he wants to be the pilot if you know what I mean, pricing too was an issue.

                        So I've convinced him on Bali...yes, I know...its soooo done but I really dont care...going to relax and have investigated yoga places and oodles of stuff. And we're taking all of the locusts. Might be our last trip as a family...depends how long they decide to sponge off us :H

                          Oh no, I think Bali is still wonderful Yes there is a lot of over touristed places, but there is also still real beauty and just wonderful people.

                          Wow.... The last time I went to Bali the little blossom was just a baby... and she's 9 now.

                            Thats what I'm hoping for. We dont do touristy very well
