In other news, and you'll like this Missy.....At work, after intervention from worksafe, an illuminated fire exit sign has been erected, fire extiguishers and a fire hose have been installed. This took 2 weeks (after my notification on march 21 to fix it), compared to my bosses umming and ahhing for the last 3 months about who's responsibility it was, and the cost. Lazy, buck passing bludgers I say! My bosses soon moved their lazy arses when worksafe came on the scene. Great the jobs done and our work space is safer now, but the incompetence and inaction of my leadership/manager group at work is really pathetic and frankly unforgivable. A victory for common sense I declared aloud followed by a LOL in the office today.
    Excellent work G-bloke!!

Rags you are a gem :l

I'm back in Wellington again at the moment. It was a trip that I didn't want to do but got emotionally blackmailed into (for work reasons). Our cats are glad to see me though I would have felt better about being here if it hadn't been for the fact that Mr B is on night shift. Our conversations at the moment run along the lines of "how was work?" "ok" "I'm going to bed - see you when I wake up"

However, we will be on holiday together in 3 weeks time

Hello Undies. Well kind of an odd but busy day ahead of me. I am meeting with Viola and the CEO of her application development business partner at 4pm. She is trying to determine why this company continues to draw $90K a month from a trust. I suspect conflict of interest (complicated) by business development director but what do I know. Her company is in M&A process with a buyer currently in negotiation. After the meeting I'll help her de-stress with dinner in Old Town and a gallery visit to see a friends work.

Rags, I still plan on a trip to Oz. When I do decide to travel, I think this little hussy will be with me. I tried to explain that I have women "down under," and she told me that was OK. Seriously, I think you'd like her very much.

A very warm hello to Ktabbers. Kevin Spacey is a very talented actor, I agree. He was excellent in 21 as well.

          Have a wonderful day :l

I forgot to mention one other HUGE event upcoming in my life. This Saturday from 7:30 to 9:30 this guy will be Gong meditating with hot chicks. Of course, I will try and capture some of this with the camera as promised @ previous aborted chant. Just doing my part to provide quality Undie entertainment!

God morning underoos. I'm on NZ time so just thought I would wake you up early!!

Techie, we must talk about NYC. We are there 14 - 17 May, and staying in Williamsburg. Mr B and I haven't travelled together before, so we will enjoy going to the obvious places. But if there are any things that you recommend I'd love to hear your suggestions! Particularly cheap and cheerful places to eat :-)

Your mate Pierremarco whatever his name is is on the box. He's a bit off his rocker isn't he?
I saw that too. He's not sitting square on the nest that one.
One day he'll let that knife go and end up inside with a new girlfriend called Peter.

Good Morning Techie. It's sounding like a bit of a Donald Trump kind of day?. I don't really understand anything over a hundred dollars myself. Just don't get it.

Missy you are an international woman of mystery:H

Tabbers I think I had a dream about your famine sculptures last night. They really are amazing.

I love it up around your way Rags.

Jonesy, you know if you come to Melbourne, you won't be paying for nothing, nuthin I tells ya!
Wouldn't it be great to up everything and go and do what he's doing.
Mr. Rags and I did a cheesemaking course a couple of years ago.... so I suggested we clear out the back shed and have a go at making some. After I've built the pizza oven.
I've been to Salamanca markets, but never the Melbourne markets. Are they worth me buying a airline ticket to suss out? Or would I need the car to bring back all the goodies?

Happs, see what I mean... no one laughed at my Springsteen joke..., I;ve never seen a Kevin Spacey movie... (said in a whiney voice). But Mr G's piccy certainly reminded me of Bruce.

Diners, Missy, diners. They really are like you see on TV. pretty good food, lots of it and cheap. And bagels. We went to a bagel place near Times Sq. they were THE best bagels I've ever tasted. See if you can fit in a harbour tour too.

I thought you did a Dire Straits joke? the money for nothing thing? and relax...:H see - laughin'

Do you know how much a replacement key costs for a Getz? I do. I found out yesterday. Mr Rags lost his key. A whopping $300!! Then an additional $60 to computer it to your car engine. I went for the cheap option which is a non self locking version... $38 plus getting it cut at Mr Minit (that's later to-day) then booking the car in on Monday to have the key tuned to the car.
I'd rather lose my Medicare card.

BTW getting towbar and bullbar fitted on Monday too, but not on the Getz.

Want to come with me next year? I'll drive down with the Waeco in the back, get a hotel room for a couple of nights and we can hit the markets, take in the sights and go watch Mr. G. at the supper club.
