Not much to say, today, hopw all is well with everyone.
Techie, I have the same frustrations. Some of the BS I heard at work yesterday was enough to boil my blood. I have to keep my opinions to myself, else I'd get canned pronto.
I hope the responsible parties can be caught and brought to justice soon.

Hiya Noicey! Wishing you a pearler of a day.

My little website is taking shape, and getting some good feedback re the concept. Just got to work out the legal aspect as to how I set the thing up. Got a savvy graphic art student helping out with design and doing the hard yards. She's quick, so her $35 p/hour rate is a breeze. e.g. so far 3 website template idea's/concepts in 2 hrs work. And I just drag and drop images and text wherever I want it on the pages in my own time for the final product a couple months away. (using wix Bridgee)

Hey Happs - wish that was me sitting in my bed with my lappie.

I was oil pulling this morning when I went to feed Oscar. He wasn't sure if he could eat because all I could do was nod and grunt and he was a tad confused. I rubbed his head and he gave me a lick and then tucked in.

I've heard the Intouchables is excellent. I'll get a collection of vids organised for next week for FH post op. Will get Intouchable and Flight for sure. I'm going to take a couple of days out of the office next week to settle FH into his wounded mode. Will indulge on long walks during the day and maybe a nap in the arvos. Actually looking forward to not being at work!!!

We're hosting our first dinner party this Saturday night. Years ago (2009) a few of "us girls" were on Random Acts of Kindness with Karl Stefanovic. It was such a fun filled day. Limo rides, make overs, goodies from Ralph Lauren, lots of stuff all day (and night) long. One of my girlfriends (who is our hairdresser) gave a random client of her's a kidney. To cut a long story short we gals, there were three of us origianlly, have been gym junkies, hair-do mates and generally stayed connected for about 20 or so years. The kidney recipient joined us when the transplant thing happened and of course has stayed close, so now we make four. We've all had kids, homes, different partners, sadness, and shared stuff in our lives for such a long time. It will be fun and I'm excitement. FH has NEVER hosted a dinner party or 'had friends over' so he is excited too. He says he's also nervous but I have no clue why. They all still get on the turps now and again so it will be a big night for everyone. Oh, not me in that regard. It will be a big night for me but in a much nicer way!

Anyway, the hair yanker has been in sixty five times this morning ..... give me fusking strength....... better get immersed in the pit.

I've never flown them and only experience is from the TV shows, so don't know how much of a "bargain" it would be, but can you go wrong for $10?! (A quick stock up at Melbourne markets, Bridge/Happs?)

Ragsy - your baking looked so yum I bought the Lurpak combo - and I don't bake. Actually, I did see a beautiful recipe for lemon tarts that I could attemp (no sugar, almond flour, coconut, etc) but I can't find it now:upset:

Beautiful foggy day here. Had a run in the park with the little lad (He ran, I meandered).

X-post Nicey. That was one amazing random act of kindness! Not quite the same league as paying for someone's coffee; I assume they're both doing well now? I see Oscar getting lots of exercise in the coming weeks...

Nicey, when I pull oil in the morning I get caught out frequently - the goodbye kiss to the Lamp, waking the locusts whilst pulling involves lots of poking and grunting and I'll probably wish i didnt type that...

I love the look of those little tarts Blondie...amazing what you can do with nuts...which I'm now banned from until further notice, I wonder if it makes a diff if I grind them up??

Yep.

Mr Rags put netting up just before our o/s visitors came, but I didn't plant it out, so it's got weeds.

I'll be spending the next week doing some intensive gardening and nipping up the road top get FREE mulch.
Mr Rags brought home my latest Delicious, complete with free Lindt chocolate (hazelnut flavour), Cruising Helsman, and ABC Gardening magazines.

blondeee, I did NOT gong again. I was hoping no one would ask. I thought Jones or Saucy would do a full court press on me. I went to a wedding with Viola. It was in the desert...HIKERS that wed. The wedding involved a hike. I'll show you some pics later. It was very beautiful. My friends Eric and Lorena met on a hike in the Grand Canyon over a year ago. I was invited but thought it was the following Saturday. I'm usually very good with keeping dates and appointments in order so I'm not sure how this got farkled so.
