          Evening all,

          Vale Chrissy Amphlett.

          She left us far too young. Chrissy was also one of us. She was an alcoholic, but got sober with the help of a 12 step program. What a gal. A brave, gutsy woman. Like many here.

          Life goes on though doesn't it?

            Yep Tawny - saw it only when I got to watch a re-run of the news. Crikey - fifty fusking two. Yikes, I'm fifty this year and can't imagine only having a couple of clicks to go. I always thought how pretty she was. Amazing features....all of them natural me thinks.

            Happs - maybe he is a smart artist.....??? Too funny bahahahabahahbahahah...

            Oscar went nuts when I woofed at him tonight. He was just staring, staring, staring so I woofed and he went crazy jumping and around. I'm pretty sure he was laughing and laughing. Made my heart glad. He sends his love Tawny and says if you need a bed warmer this winter he could manage a coupla nights here and there. As long as there is ice-cream.

            We're all set for tomorrows op. I saw an article in the SMH about a super fit, 33 year male who had rotator cuff surgery and died in the chair. Yep, the chair. They were doing the procedure 'beach chair' method and it prevents enough blood flow and this guy snuffed it. I hoped FH wouldn't see it but 10 mins ago he went to check his mail and there it was on ninemsn. Now we've got a stressed out FH.... Poor bloke..... Anyway, I'll be on the lappie at The San from 8am tomorrow morning.

            FH sorted the neighbors. He went over and had a 'good talk' to them and now we have new BFs. I do.not. do neighbors. Anyway, FH said he felt silly and had no right really to ask them not to park there but they were great. They LOVE Oscar, and apparently whenever they go off they give him a pat through the gate before they depart. FH told them his story and of course they are even more amored. Turns out it is a visitor of their's who leaves tomorrow and the newbies will be over for a drink on Sunday....FFS!!

            Anyway, and anyhow. It's sad about Chrissy and how cool that she got dry...

                Morning all,

                Looking forward to this Thursday Anzac day off, along with a bit of quiet reflection.

                Frush in the bay these days, but doesn't seem so bad when you swim there every week, against 3 times a year like I used to. Wonder how far into the year i'll be diving in? These are just some of the big questions i'm contemplating this hour.

                18c and drizzly here today, and I wonder what awaits us out there undies?

                            Bugger, just typed a post and it vapourised!

                            Here we go again.

                            Good morning Undies.

                            My highlight will be having BIRTHDAY LUNCH with Missy.

                            Happy birthday Missy.


                            I catch the train in about 45 minutes.

                            Picked up the Getz about half an hour ago. The clutch man is a friendly chap. We chatted about this and that for about 15 minutes.


                            Did anyone watch Eat Fast and live longer last night on SBS? Quite interesting.. Next week the programme is about alcohol and its effects. Do I need to watch it? I know what it does.

                            Hello Bridgey, we missed you.

                            Mr Rags suggested last night that we go to the Greenwell Point Dawn Service and take stuff along to cook brekky afterwards. A 1 1/2 hour drive, but lovely setting.
