Tried to get a coffee at Kiama on the way back, but Berry and Kiama had all the streets blocked off for the 10:00 am march. The Fire station is STILL without a roof and it's been a while since the tornado went through. A bit slack of Barry O'Farrell.




Did anyone watch the Gallipoli Dawn Service? That Turkish Captain who gave Attaturks speech in English did not once need to refer to notes. (see my piccy in previous post). Impressive.

I was so busy trying to take photos and being impressed with the RAN that I didn't notice the shape.

Raggsy - gorgeous pics. I particularly throb the one with the pelicans in the early morning light.

Our tiny town did a great job this morning - all the components were there. The bugler, the lone piper, the laying of the wreaths ... Noice. And the few frocked-up blokes looked most resplendent in their medals.

I asked Mr Rags if he wants to go to Birdsville, Villers Bretonneux, Gallipoli or Bundanoon next year. I actually promised the good folk of Birdsville about 5 years ago I would come back with my pipes and maerch them down the street and do Flowers O the Forest. So perhaps I should keep my promise.
Cheaper than flying to France or Turkey.

Arvo Undies. Top day had here. Locusts not happy about the early start but we all enjoyed the morning. Then me to yoga Finished off the adventures with a little nana and then some garden play.

Rags, those pics made me tear up. Thank you :l Yes, I've heard from Sunny, they are off to Hawaii next month so they're going to leave the car at my place and I'll drop them out to the airport. So I get to see Leon yay! Will get a Leon pic sorted asap.

Nicey, got to agree with TF. FH looks in need of a wee smack...

Roast vegies, homemade pesto and a chicken for the meat eaters for dinner...followed by chocolate cake made by the little locust. Just a lovely day. Aren't we lucky Underdwellers?
