HELLO-O-O PEEPS! So good to see you. I thought we were done for, unless Techie developed a new board.

Nora, I assumed you were checking in, but didn't feel like posting. Happy that you're with us.

FT, the garage, too?! Well, jiminy crickets!

Sunbeam, where did you see Roberta Jewel's post that she had moved on? I couldn't find it. I wonder who's running the site now?

Hi K-9, miss perfect, fit body!

            Mama, are you ironing yet?

I'm back on low doses of Campral. Foggy, tired, and flat, but what the heck? Better than drinking. The depression's not too bad, but I'm not myself. When I start to sink badly, I tell myself it's the med not me, and soldier on. See doc on Monday.

Everyone have a great weekend. We're to have a beautiful one--70's. Perfect.

Legs a little sore from all that "Cleaning" yesterday but a good sore.
Hope everyone has a great day.

GHE, I never paid attention to your location. It's great to have an Aussie with us. How are you doing, btw?

Good morning everyone. Hope you have a good Sunday.

Ahh to wake up clear headed on more time is just a feeling that does not get old.
I must say that my meeting with that relative has and is paying major dividends, one piece of advise he gave me has dug deep in my mind. It was "before you take that sip remember how you felt the morning after and is it all really worth it" for some reason this has hit real with me.
Well coffee is good and time to pack one more time, now it looks like two weeks on the road.
Hope everyone has a beautiful Sunday.

                              Hello everyone..... :wavin:

Lazing around today. About to watch Titanic. Got to grab my box of kleenex. I watched an old Grey's Anatomy a couple of days ago and sobbed my head off. :H

Scott & Casey are driving up North tomorrow to visit my Father in Law for 2 days. He hasn't been doing well but think he has been better in the last couple of days.

I'm heading back to the antabuse. Just read the other thread a few minutes ago. Going to ignore that one. I know that antabuse helps me - it stops the mind games. I can do very well on it when I stay on it. This talking about addressing the issues - well....being sober allows me to address the issues. Oh - guess I didn't just ignore it. I just vented over here. :H

I hope that everyone is having a wonderful day. :h

                                Hi Nora and friends,
The weather has finally improved here, spring has arrived! I was out all afternoon, playing in the dirt. The stone path through my big back garden is about 1/3 complete. I'm working with purchased stones from Lowes that fit together like puzzle pieces.

Nora, I agree with you that one needs to do whatever it takes to stop drinking, then think about the cause later. I think some people could spend their whole lives pointing at different causes or reasons. I think I had no good reasons at all! So I've stopped, and you will too when you are ready. You have come so far, don't ever lose sight of that.
