Salt Lake City has a wide variety of "ethinic" foods. African, Morracan, Indian, French, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, Itailian...just to name a few. And most are "mom and pop" type establishments, very well prepared food.
      I love it!

Mrs BHOG grew up on "american" food; so this excitement over all the unusual food is great for her. We have spent a lot of our time researching ethnic places, seeking them out as opposed to US Chain types.
And I try at each one, to lear how to say "Please" and "Thank you" in the native language. merely to excercise the mind.

Boggy... Salt Lake City sounds fab. I can't say I have that ethnic experience in Boca Raton!

                  I'm here, molly! Evening all.

I'll be arriving late on Friday, so no time to go anywhere to eat or I won't wake up in time on Sat morning. Re the zoo, I would be interested if the animals are well looked after (and it's not too fecking cold), otherwise not.
