Im good Molly yeah, ive had 40,000 units of Vit D3 this week and feel better, woke up with energy, it could be a placebo effect though, even though its good to have energyI love people who make me laugh. What happened to anon, she said she,d had a bad journey. Mine was fab, much better than brianair. left Dublin at 5, home with my kids by 7...

Morning Beautiful People! Hope everyone is well today. Had a yucky sleep last night, one of those "twighlight sleeps" where you just never fully fall asleep. Too much on my mind. A shower should help. Hopefully. I even took a melatonin and it did not help at all - lately I have not taken a thing to sleep and have been able to sleep until the alarm. I am thankful that it is getting easier to sleep - being sober feels even better when you have a good night's sleep under your belt. I never really sleep well on Sundays anyway!
The weather in Philadelphia is going to be gorgeous - in the 70's! My girls defintely have Spring Fever....so do I! That will perk me up today!
Anyway, happy Monday and I'll check back later. If I don't fall asleep at my keyboard at work! lol

I found Limers more difficult to understand. She spent ages trying to tell me about some pants with Irish words on them and it took us ages to work out they said kissmyass in Irish lol.....
