Oh I'm hearing ya. I'm on a cigarette quit as off last Sunday and I've been feeling very under par this week dammit... thought I was meant to feel better?! (Kinda joking... I have an allergy issue but I think it's nicotine WDs also.)

Zen: quit smoking last year except for socially/when drinking, also no longer smoke pot. Quitting smoking resulted in a chest infection soon after xD

Mama... it's Inchy and Bitchy here... lol Seriously, I was so bitchy all week. I feel better today... not snapping yer wan indoors heid aff.

Inchy... I reckon the quitting is what brought it on too. Amazing. I don't recall getting that the last time I stopped (otherwise I'd have been more reluctant to quit again).

I may have to go orf and find a "quitting the fags" forum...
