Good morning Mario, KTAB and all to come.

I have an abscess that doesn't seem to be responding to antibiotics. Having my very own little pity party :upset: Luckily nothing planned for today, but we are supposed to be going to a friend's birthday party tonight.

Bought this tea - Dr Stuart's Nightime tea - valerian in it - I WAS tired but HOLY SHIT - conked out on the couch & had to DRAG myself up to bed...... :H

Good morning Marioooo, KTabbers, Tipperooooo, Mollymoo, Satz, Pinguuuu.

Urrrgh a tooth abcess,Tips, you poor divil. I'd rather have twins without pain relief. Mind you the ultimate excuse to get out of a party.

Bewdiful nights sleep last night and woke up to a bewdiful warm morning on the Costa del Tyne. There again anything above zero C will be balmy after the last few days.

And Foxyloxy:l, just give us a wee wave, please.

Been working flat out past few days, late shift today so thankfully got a wee lie-in.

Last night we had night out for one of the girls retiring. Lovely dinner and a real good laugh with everyone letting their hair down. First time i've been out with them all since quitting and got quite an inquisition about not drinking. Have to admit there were a few times i looked at the wine and thought how nice it would be to have a few. Suprised myself though in that I still was able to have a laugh and carry-on as old and was so chuffed to be able to speak and walk (not fall over as was my infamous party trick!) and drive home after it all No hangover today too :yay:

Tink our Arsey running the marathon today so hope Im not too late to wish good luck xx

Mrs. T will hopefully return from the pharmacy soon with stronger painkillers. In the meantime I'll have some Weetabix to line my stomach in preparation

Looking at all sorts of recipes at the moment. It turns out I really enjoyed making those jams, so I want to give a few other things a go. Citrus comes into season in the next few weeks, so I could try some marmalade.

Sorry to hear about your abcess:l bloody awful things. Had bad one in me final year of study and remember getting no relief til the damm thing burst which was gross but didnt care as got relief! Hope ye get some relief soon xx
