This sounds really good!!! I'd have to seed the tomatoes and give them a rough chop prior to adding them. Also, see my recipe for guacamole in the Real Food recipes - it's Alton Brown's and it's the best I have ever tasted.

Evening folks :hallo:

Yiz are prob all away to yer leabas.

Not long in from a busy day in office. One of me patients decided to take very unwell on me- the cheek of it like on a Saturday of all days. He was new and didnt know the rule that nobody is permitted to do silly things like take unwell on my watch! Anyways we fixed him up rightly
Oh and somebody (a porter methinks) stole a big box of ferrero rochers that were left for us- just wait til i get me hands on him the bugger.
And that me dears is my news for the night. Oh what an exciting life i lead.
