Anyone else cold?

I am cold a lot! I drink a ton of water now and am wondering if anyone else has this sensation? I have always been more or less unaware of temperature (unless it was extreme) but I have to take a coat with me everywhere. I was out with a friend who is menopausal -- she had sweat running down her face and I was drinking decaf to warm my nose! Another pal just laughed.

Have you had your thyroid tested? I am constantly cold and my hands are always freezing and that is the cause of my coldness, despite taking meds for it. Just a thought.

I have been cold at night but I figured it was from my body not being used to not having a ton of alcohol coursing through my veins making me warm.

Thanks for the thoughts - I always suspected a thyroid issue (not really, just an old weight watchers joke!). I am going to speak to my doc about it.
