I'm not steaming any more.
The news from Boston has really shaken me. My Aunt (Grandma of the Boston Babes) has just rung in tears. They went to watch the run. They're all fine but in shock.
So tbh he/she can go whistle.

I'm in shock to JC, through my business I have made alot of friends in the states, to see stories like this, I feel so much for those people. Its something I cannot comprehend - too much loss.

To start with, thank you for starting the thread. Boston is very dear to my heart.

No Molls - the doc is on hols and said if anythnig major - secretary would advise him & they'd ring me. They say no news is good news I suppose. I'll wait till he's back and discuss with him. Must be summit - eh?

Molly: I don't know. last time I spoke to somebody outside of mwo about addiction was a uni counselor, they told me they couldn't help me so that was it, been muddling through since. I don't want anything that I'd have to tell my family about, but right now I can't seem to put more than a couple of days together. Just want to look at my options.

Ye know not quite as bad but still no energy to do anything other than work etc. and I think I'm just getting used to the aches and stiffness - but not natural for a youngwan like me

You know there's no shame in asking for help, in fact I reckon it's a very brave move.

My lovely Jenz, got great help with her panic attacks using a forum and a counsellor.
