Back from the dentist with proper antibiotics and prescription painkillers. Root canal scheduled for Monday. When I told him what his locum had prescribed, he said it was like trying to kill an elephant with a peashooter. Hopefully it'll all be over soon. This last week has been agony. No wonder I allowed my inner Eeyore to come out

I haven't had a chance to read much about the Boston bombings yet - only know what I heard on the radio this morning, and the details were still sketchy. Two Saffas amongsr the injured, I believe.

Afternoon beautiful friends. Having a hard time shaking the sadness of what has happened in our country. Not drinking, obviously, but seeing how it has affected my elder daughters makes it even harder to fathom why people can do things like this. It's just heartbreaking. SO many people injured and the little 8 year old boy who perished. My God.
