I agree, Nelz. Perhaps the small percentage of people who manage to abstain have a really, really bad habit. The rest of us have an addiction. The first can be controlled; the second controls us unless we completely cut off the source.

This is a wonderful post, some of the best advice that can be given has been given.
The choice is yours to Mod/Abstain, many on here have been successful with whatever path they have chosen. Just seems to me that once people win the battle against AL, there is no real reason to tempt fate again.
