    FOUR MONTHS TODAY

    Thanks to all of you and this place and a dash of determination here I am at 4 months.

    The goal of a year seems very very possible. I hope to stay in this mode of detesting the thought of drinking.

    Beautiful day here-the only glitch is the vision situation. Fingers crossed that it clears up soon! The June trip in Vancouver is critical in my job and I need to on top of things so surely by then the eye will clear up!

              Thank you guys

              I look forward to the day when I say 12 months, though I am def taking it one day at a time.

              When drinking is out of the picture I'm forced and compelled to fill my time with worthwhile pursuits, like cleaning out closets today. Back in the drinking times I would take my wino sister to lunch and start drinking with her and ruin the day and the night and the following day or two. STUPID!


              Thanks again to all of you who offer support and encouragement; it means so much to me!
