I thank Molls for the first AB - which just took away the decision. I rarely use it these days.

Funny- last time I got an 'urge' was the day I arrived home after our meet up. I was kinda 'high' or something and the old me would have gone to shop & got bottle of wine to keep the buzz going.
Up I went and took an AB and that was that!!!!

Day to day I'm very content.
I get a kind of scared feeling when a weekend away or holidays are mentioned.
Carlingford for instance - was just a booze up every time we went up..... it was metioned yesterday - I went cold. All I can think about it is just pubs - cos in all fairness there's not a lot more up there.

I think I really have to insist on new places & new things to do ..... that old stuff won't do it for me anymore.
Or maybe just need to do it sober once to reassure myself !

Hi folks

Well...back again, fed and watered but still bollixed. Tink overdid it painting on me days off then work and now pmt to contend wit. Off tomorrow but hafta head homewards to leave stuff down for me Granny- she aint fit to get outa bed now and the bleedin district nurses aint being very helpful to my Aunt who's her carer. Theres me moan and whine Molls(only whine i can have now)

Did your sister get 7 wills from patients? Thats mad, we aint allowed to accept so much as a quid could be struck off for it i tink. Can understand yer being so annoyed wit her and how she treated yer Mam.

Jacks dont do technology at all, got new phone before meet-up and still trying to work out how to use it? Ive got the sausage fingers too.

Well done Satz on the 99 days My wee Granny (one still with us) is from near Carlingford originally (Cooley if ya know it?) Tink its beautiful down there.

Inchy, it will get better:l, so long as you're trying and seeking out help which you are doing. Its defo not an easy road we are on but its a damm site easier and better than that other one when all's is said and done. As i said to you before i admire your courage in facing up to this early on and wish i had that sense and courage when i was your age
