Ok...lots of folks seem to think ex-demos are a good idea and I assume that if anyone had had a problem with their own demo they would have mentioned it, so that would seem to be the way to go. Thanks very much for all the input.

In fact I'd love to work a twilight shift.
I've had it on the Reality TV channel all day... I've never watched it before. (I hardly watch any TV...) It's bloody good though! I'll be watching Jerry Springer soon at this rate.

It's not bloody easy, quitting. They say it's harder to kick than any drug or the grog.
          I know, yer daftie.

Honest Zens, when I went back on the cigs at Christmas that I realised it is an addiction. Shocked the socks off me. So I'm going to have to treat it like an addiction..............can yer not hear me brain whirring.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Oh yeah! Big time addiction, it is. I was all ready for the cravings and everything this time and, sure enough, they blooming well showed up. Cheryl is very addicted to them, much more than me. For me AL is harder to quit than the fags. She's tried various programmes and the aversion therapy one worked well for her for longer than anything else.

Wee story here. When the kids were doing their Sex,Drugs and Rock and Roll classes (it's got a proper name but can't remember what it is). They went into class and there was a single ciggie on the desk. The teacher pointed out that this was the most addictive thing they could ever touch. It must have stuck as neither of them have ever smoked.
