Best of luck with the firewalk. I guess being able to run fast will come in quite handy today!

Went out for a walk at first light. I love having the place to myself at that time of day, well apart from the owls and wild animals. There was a light frost...it should be the last one of the spring, with any luck.

I slept until 9.30! Almost unheard of these days. I'll try my best to avoid an afternoon nanna nap, else I might be searching for the sleep fairy tonight. I probably need to cook the family a meal today too. I haven't done so since Thursday.

What delights do you have in mind for your family Mr T?

Reccie - i love walking when there are no other folk about, maybe sounds silly but i find i really notice and take-in the beauty and wonder of nature and wildlife more when there's no dogs running amok and kids yelling, and i can talk to meself with no-one seeing:H

Spidey -wish i had day of min activity planned but alas have alot of housework and de-cluttering, ironing and trip to tesco and maybe b&q on the agenda
